   The powder and bonds are mixed completely at the bottom of cylinder and then become the humid paste, after this, was cutted into even uniform moist granules by side high-speed grinding blade.

   Character:

The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure which is reasonable.Apply the air filled seal shaft to drive, which can be changed with water when washing.Granulating in fluidization to form the nearly round ball shape granule, enjoying fine fluidity.Contrasting traditional craft, reducing about 25% adhesive and shotenning the drying time.For every batch, mixing time is about 2minuts, and granulating 1-4 minutes, with the efficiency increased by 4-5 times to traditional craft.Dry mixing-moist mixing-granulating is completed in the same sealed container, reducing production line, however, is in accordance with GMP standard.The whole operation euiped with strictly secure preventive measures.
